■ Charging the personal information collected
The organization do not charge customer’s information to third party without the consent. If such a need arise in future, the referral services and information for the person will be entrusted to our customers to receive notice and consent would be necessary.
■ Withdrawal of consent and ways of cancel the membership
Users and the legal representative can register, review, modify and cancel the personal information of their children under the age of 14, or such personal information at any time.
Users can check and modify their personal information through ‘'Edit Profile', and can cancel the membership (withdrawal of consent) through ‘withdraw membership’ and identification procedure. If you contact the person in charge of managing the personal information by letter, the phone or email, actions will be taken without delay.
If users request the correction of their personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. In addition, if the wrong personal information is already provided to the 3rd parties, corrected results of the personal information will be notified to the 3rd parties as soon as possible.
The organization deals with the personal information cancelled or deleted according to the request of users or their legal representatives, following “the period of retaining and using the personal information that the organization collects” and handles it not to be used for other purposes.
